The best wrinkle is the one that never happened.

So let’s try something “new” here – to keep your face naturally young and firm. I would like to show you a very effective 3-minute face massage to Open Your Eyes, Erase Forehead Wrinkles and Pull Up Your Cheeks for a better counter and youthful look!

 

First minute: OPEN YOUR EYES

This exercise trains your circular eye muscle, boost the blood circulation around the eye and strengthen upper eyelid as well as the lower eyelid. Also, this exercise will help you to get rid of eye bags and make the eye look bigger.

 

For the better effect do this massage in a sitting or laying down position.

 

-Place your middle fingers between and under the eyebrows on the nose bridge.

-Place your pointing fingers where the eyebrows end, with a slight pressure.

-Look up to your forehead.

-Squint and relax your eyes using just the lower eyelid. Repeat this 10-15 times. Keep your focus on the muscle pounding around the eye area.

-Look up, but keep squinting a lower eyelid as if you are in a thought process and count till 30.

-Breathe out from the mouth to relax.

Second minute: ERASING FOREHEAD WRINKLES

This exercise with help your forehead stay more resistant to the wrinkles that appear when you frown and smoothen the existing ones.

 

For the better effect do this massage in a sitting or laying down position.

-Place both pointing fingers horizontally in a middle of the forehead in parallel with eyebrows.

-Pull fingers down towards the eyebrows and stop half way.

-Look up to the forehead.

-While pressing the fingers down, focus on pushing the eyebrows up in motion. Repeat 10-15 times.

-Remove fingers from the face.

-Raise your eyebrows and place pointing fingers on them with slight pressure.

-Keep pushing eyebrows up until the burning feeling.

-Keep your eyebrows raised, but keep feeling pressure from the finger. Count till 30.

-Breathe out from the mouth to relax.

-Massage the eyebrows with a circular motion. It will relax the muscles and improve the result.

Third minute: PULL UP YOUR CHEEKS

This exercise will pull up your cheeks and make the counter more visible, also prevents cheeks from growing and sagging.

 

For the better effect do this massage in a sitting or laying down position.

 

-Imagine a dot in a middle of your upper lip and another dot in a middle of your lower lip.

-Open your mouth and stretch both dots sideways.

-Fix the mouth in this oval position, while upper lip pressed to the teeth.

-Place both pointing fingers on to of the cheeks, without any pressure.

-Smile from that oval mouth position and back. Imagine how you pull the muscle up and feel the pressure on cheeks. Repeat this 30-40 times.

-Breathe out from the mouth to relax.

And one more little tip: to relax your face quick and effective, you can do this simple trick.

Imagine you have a plasticine face and starts moving all parts that are movable in directions that are possible. This will make your face relaxed, more resistant to wrinkles and boost the blood circulation that will lead to the more even complexion.
