3 EASY STEPS TO ERASE WRINKLES WITH FOOD
I’ve been crazy about the food for a long time. Did lots of fasting where you can’t eat meat, diary, cookies, chocolate, fried food, cooked food, drink alcohol, smoke and so on. I even did 3-day fasting with water only – after that even a greasy hamburger tastes like heaven! Eventually, I came to the realization that you don’t have to be crazy with your diet in order to erase wrinkles and have a good skin, but you must be aware of what certain products do to you and have a basic knowledge how your body works.
Eating breakfast every morning helps you with your metabolism. Your body gets warmed up enough to digest easily throughout the day and provide you with the necessary amount of energy.
The fact about our favorite drink, coffee. Caffeine may decrease iron adoption by almost 80%. Plus, it is a diuretic, causing us to urinate more and dry our bodies faster. This way, wrinkles appear faster. But, you don’t necessarily have to give up your morning coffee in order to absorb nutrients.
Do wait for at least an hour between consuming caffeine and eating meals or consuming supplements. Try to go for non-caffeinated drinks if possible. They taste just as good! Or, add milk or creamer in your coffee. They can smooth out the effect that coffee does to your body and skin.
My friend and personal trainer Anna gave out her amazing tips:
- We are what we eat
- We should eat a lot of fruits and veggies that contain Vitamin C, which helps our cells produce collagen, minimizing the wrinkles
- We should eat a lot of protein and Omega 3 which you can easily find in fish and other seafood
Your skin will become more smooth, younger looking and wrinkles free when you start follow these simple steps:
Say NO to dressings — ranch, ketchup, sauce, mayo. Try to avoid or minimize your consumption of these. Dressings don’t do you any good. They just add a few extra pounds to your belly, flabbiness on your arms and pimples on your face — brrr.
Doing away with the dressing will make you relish the real taste of the food you’re eating. It’s much more delicious!
Best replacement would be AVOCADOES with healthy, monounsaturated fats, which protects your skin from losing moisture. Nut oil is another option too. Or Extra Virgin Olive oil! I personally use it on my lips and on a face sometimes. At night before sleeping, I apply the oil on my lips and face and leave it there for 10 minutes. After that, wipe whatever’s left with a napkin. It’s an awesome hydrater!
For better cooking, use coconut oil.
I switched to Amazon Fresh to shop for groceries recently. It’s very convenient and a time saver! They deliver these heavy bags to your house — always with fresh picks. Plus, you don’t need to spend half of your day on a grocery store trip!
Drink vegetable juice as a habit.
Our bodies are hungry when we wake up in the morning. Therefore, they absorb most of the nutrients and vitamins from the first meal that we eat. It’s hard to control how well you eat during the day, so I developed a habit to start my day with Vegetable Juices – so I know that my body and my skin gets enough of vitamins
Vegetables are the best when it comes to fighting wrinkles! Especially cucumbers, kale and spinach. It’s not easy to get the vitamins from the greens as they have a protective layer. I found out that the best way to consume it is to blend it! I use Nutri Ninja Pro for this.
You can add a bell pepper, apple, broccoli and whatever healthy veggie or fruit you can think of. The more colorful products you put, the better chance of getting different vitamins and minerals for your skin and body.
Steamed food is very good for the body. I love rice! I have found out very recently that white rice is considered high-glycemic, meaning it raises the body’s sugar level more. This can cause of wrinkles, so I switched to a brown rice.
Another steamed favorites are Broccoli and Carrots. Both contain a lot of vitamins A and C. Vitamin C doesn’t let the skin age by erasing wrinkles and spots. Vitamin A is an antioxidant, which fights free radicals and protects our skin from UV.
I use this multipurpose Aroma Digital Rice Cooker and Food Steamer from Amazon in steaming my food.
That’s it. These are the basics that will help erase wrinkles and improve your skin tremendously if you apply them to your everyday life.

Here is the question from last episode “4 Steps To Fight Wrinkles: WATER”. I got from Ernest as a comment on YouTube: “Why do guys have more wrinkles then girls?”
Answer: Guys have more testosterone, which makes their bodies tougher and more rigid, making the skin less elastic. Also, guys are naturally more tensed, so I would recommend guys to have more massage and spa relaxation therapies once in a while!
